Description
The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to acquire aviation gasoline (AVGAS), 100LL, in support of the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom Air and Space Show. The event will be held at Offutt AFB, NE on August 8th and August 9th, 2026. The air show plans to utilze an estimate 4,600 gal for the duration of the event. The following amounts required to be delivered per day are as follows:
Thursday (8/6/2026): 400 gal Friday (8/7/2026): 500 gal Saturday (8/8/2026): 500 gal Sunday (8/9/2026): 3,200 gal
Contractor will be responsible for providing the refueling truck and an employee/labort with the training necessary to conduct refueling operations as Offutt AFB does not have the personnel to perform refueling functions involving AVGAS, but will be present for logistics. Contractor is responsible for the removing any unused fuel. The Government shall not be charged for any unused fuel.
