Description
Morrow County is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive parks master plan for the county park system, including Anson Wright Memorial Park, Cutsforth Park, and the Morrow-Grant County Off-Highway Vehicle Park. The plan will guide long-range park development, recreation opportunities, campground modernization, trails, OHV planning, tourism, capital improvements, and operational sustainability. The consultant will work collaboratively with County staff, recreation stakeholders, partner agencies, and the public to develop the plan, which will serve as a guiding document for future development, maintenance, operations, capital improvements, recreation investments, and long-range sustainability over the next twenty years.
