Description
This solicitation is for the Minnesota Parks Artists-in-Residence program, a collaborative effort by three partner parks and trails agencies: the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MN DNR), the Metropolitan Council Metropolitan Regional Parks, and the Greater Minnesota Regional Parks and Trails Commission (GMRPTC). The program aims to deepen understanding and appreciation of the natural world through public art in Minnesota parks and trails. The solicitation builds on a previous inventory and pilot program to create engaging and welcoming public art, advancing strategic priorities of the 25-Year Parks and Trails Legacy Plan.
