The City of Framingham is seeking proposals for Lock Box Services from qualified banking institutions with demonstrable experience in the municipal area. All banking institutions submitting a proposal must be familiar with and able to comply with all Massachusetts General Laws pertaining to municipal banking relations. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's Bidnet Direct portal by June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, waive minor informalities, or cancel the bid if in the public interest.
