Description
The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways requires quality assurance testing services for Performance Graded Asphalt Cement (PGAC) and other properties of PGAC materials supplied to the Ministry. The services include determination of PGAC grade and continuous grade for asphalt cement materials used in Ministry projects. Testing must comply with Ministry manuals and standards such as AASHTO, ASTM, and OPSS. The contract term is from June 19, 2026, to May 31, 2028, with options for two one-year extensions. The Consultant's main laboratory must be located in Saskatchewan and provide timely test results and reporting.
