The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is seeking qualified vendors to provide professional services of Epidemiologists, Evaluators, or Biostatisticians for specialized public health projects. - Government Buyer: - Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH), Office of State Health Officer - Services Requested: - Up to 3,000 hours of professional services for epidemiological, evaluation, or biostatistical projects - Support for Small Number, Mortality, Population, GIS, and Systems of Care Epidemiological Projects - Expert analysis, data interpretation, and reporting using statistical and visualization software (SAS, R, Python, Power BI, Redcap, Tableau) - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must have at least seven years of relevant experience and hold a Master's or Doctoral degree - Demonstrated expertise and direct experience with state public health departments or the CDC - Experience in Chronic Disease, Maternal Child Health, Public Health Statistics, or Clinical Informatics data - Familiarity with CDC Title V, Title X, PHHS, or similar block grants and related public health programs - Ability to support complex epidemiological analyses and provide references - Period of Performance: - Contract begins upon execution and ends June 30, 2028, with possible one-year renewals; total term not to exceed five years - Place of Performance: - Mississippi State Department of Health, 570 East Woodrow Wilson, Jackson, MS 39215

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH), Office of State Health Officer, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide Epidemiologists, Evaluators, or Biostatisticians for Small Number, Mortality, Population, GIS, or Systems of Care Epidemiological Projects. The work requires expertise with state public health departments or CDC programs in Chronic Disease, Maternal Child Health, Public Health Statistics, or Clinical Informatics data. Project-based assignments will be given as required for program deliverables and analytical work. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 a.m. CST on June 24, 2026.
