The State of Tennessee is seeking suppliers for a multi-year statewide contract to provide winter road maintenance materials for all state agencies and authorized users. - Government Buyer: - Department of General Services, Central Procurement Office (State of Tennessee) - Products/Services Requested: - Bulk High Performance Cold Patch (minimum 50 tons, delivered or picked up) - High Performance Cold Patch (containerized, minimum 1 pallet/2,700 lbs, delivered or picked up) - De-icers: - Calcium Chloride, Liquid 32% (minimum 1,800 gallons, delivered) - Corrosion-inhibited Calcium Chloride, 29-32% (minimum 1,800 gallons, delivered) - Magnesium Chloride (minimum 1,800 gallons, delivered) - Non-corrosive De-icer (minimum 6 bags, delivered) - Aquaphalt Repair Material (6.0MM and 9.0MM, minimum 36 bags/1 pallet each, delivered) - Notable Requirements: - Products must meet specified quality standards and be Energy Star certified where applicable - Compliance with Qualified Products List (QPL) standards for certain materials - Provision of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) - Suppliers must be able to serve multiple regions and provide both delivery and pick-up options - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the opportunity is open to all qualified manufacturers and suppliers able to meet the technical and delivery requirements - Estimated contract value is $7 million over a 36-month base term, with up to two 12-month renewal options and a possible 180-day extension (not to exceed 60 months total)

The contract will cover the supply of various winter road maintenance products including de-icers and pavement repair materials, with options for delivery and pick-up.
