The City of Siloam Springs, Arkansas is seeking qualified professional firms recognized on the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission Rate Study Provider approved list to submit qualifications for Phase 1: Impact Fee Implementation & Capital Planning. Proposals must be submitted by June 30, 2026, including three hard copies and one electronic copy. The City will evaluate proposals privately, may request additional information or interviews, and reserves the right to reject any or all responses or modify the process.
