Travel Alberta Pre-Qualification for Event Management and Planning Services

Travel Alberta is seeking to pre-qualify vendors for comprehensive event management, planning, and organization services to support a variety of group events. - Government Buyer: - Travel Alberta, a provincial agency in Alberta, Canada - Scope of Services: - Full-service event management, planning, and organization - Types of events include meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, conferences, marketplaces, and partner events - Services will be provided on an as-needed basis - Contract Structure: - Pre-qualified vendors will enter into a Master Services Agreement - Initial term of three years, with an option to renew for an additional three years - Requirements and Notable Details: - Vendors must adhere to the Vendor and Partner Code of Conduct - Travel Alberta may contract additional third-party vendors outside of this pre-qualification process - No specific OEMs or products are requested; only services are being procured

Description

This Pre-Qualification Request (PQR) aims to identify and pre-qualify vendors experienced in providing comprehensive event management and planning services. The scope includes organizing and delivering various group events such as meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, conferences, marketplaces, and partner events. Pre-qualified vendors will enter into a Master Services Agreement and may fulfill Statements of Work over a term of three years, with an option to renew for an additional three years. Work requests will be on an as-needed basis, and Travel Alberta reserves the right to contract other vendors outside this PQR.
