Description

The PELSS BPA was awarded to GST on May 19, 2021, under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule for Professional Services - Technical and Engineering Services (non-IT). The PELSS BPA provides the TSA Security Capabilities (SC) formerly Acquisition Program Management (APM) and Requirements & Capabilities Analysis (RCA) with PELSS in the broader categories of system design, engineering, and integration; integrated logistics support; and acquisition and life-cycle management. This support includes managing and reviewing airport design packages; updating the Planning Guidelines and Design Standards (PGDS); developing proposed and documented evaluation of Checked Baggage Inspection System (CBIS) designs; providing technical support reviewing Requests for Variance (RFVs); performing modeling and simulation tasks of checked baggage systems; developing technical documentations for capability and technology demonstrations; providing human factors technical support for integrated logistics planning and assessments; supporting configuration management and technical acquisitions; and managing technical knowledge development.
