Description

The County of Marin Children and Family Services Division is seeking proposals from qualified community-based organizations to provide Motivational Interviewing for Cross-Cutting Case Management services to families at risk of foster care involvement. The services aim to prevent entry or reentry into foster care through early intervention and family-centered support, using evidence-based Motivational Interviewing. The selected provider will deliver comprehensive case management including assessment, safety monitoring, development of Family Well-Being Plans, coordination of prevention services, and ongoing family engagement. Providers must participate in continuous quality improvement activities, data reporting, and maintain fidelity to the Motivational Interviewing model with provided training and resources.
