The City of Hollywood, Florida Public Utilities Department is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive pump and motor repair services for equipment ranging from 1 to 1,500 horsepower (HP). - Government Buyer: - City of Hollywood, Florida Public Utilities Department, Procurement Services Division - Products and Services Requested: - Full-service repair and maintenance for pumps and motors (1–1,500 HP) - Diagnostic testing, motor rewinding, bearing and seal replacement, impeller and shaft repair, electrical testing, vibration analysis, performance testing, cleaning, painting, corrosion protection, and emergency repairs - Installation services for equipment over 30 HP, including mechanical and electrical installation, alignment, wiring, commissioning, and documentation - Lifting equipment and rigging services, including provision of cranes, hoists, rigging equipment, qualified operators, and compliance with OSHA/ASME standards - Estimated annual labor quantities: - 250 hours each for service and helper labor (regular hours) - 200 hours each for shop, rewind, machine work, and rigger/signalman labor (regular hours) - Overtime/after-hours: 200 hours service, 150 hours helper, 100 hours shop, 200 hours rewind, 150 hours machine work, 150 hours rigger/signalman - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must supply all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and technical expertise - Compliance with safety, environmental, and licensing standards is mandatory - Emergency repair capability required - Contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewals; cost adjustments capped at 3% or CPI-U - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named in the solicitation - Places of Performance and Delivery: - Southern Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (SRWWTP), 1621 N 14th Ave Bldg A, Hollywood, FL 33020 - City of Hollywood, Florida government facilities
