Description
The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department is seeking proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms to perform an independent audit and verification of the Utility's Annual Power Source Disclosure Program Report, including the Power Content Label (PCL), in accordance with California Public Utilities Code Sections 398.1 to 398.5, applicable California Public Utilities Commission requirements, and Senate Bill 1305 climate disclosure requirements. The audit aims to verify methodologies, calculations, supporting documentation, and underlying data used in the Utility's annual disclosures to ensure regulatory compliance and transparency.
