This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number W15QKN-26-Q-A048 0003 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 202603.
