Description

Sealed bids are being solicited by the Town of Christiansburg for the construction of College Street Drainage Improvements – Phase 2. The project scope includes grading, tree removal, stormwater detention pond, stormwater pipe and drop inlets, curb inlets, sidewalk, curb and gutter, a large stormwater junction box, domestic sanitary sewer pump station removal and new lateral, retaining wall, pavement repair, permanent stabilization, and associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis and must include bid security as per the Instructions to Bidders. Bids are due by 3:00 PM local time on July 9, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
