Description
The Office of the Attorney General of Virginia seeks to retain experienced outside counsel to advise and assist in identifying, investigating, and prosecuting civil and, where applicable, criminal enforcement actions across a broad range of subject matter areas of strategic public importance. The goal is to retain counsel with expertise in complex, high-stakes litigation who can collaborate with OAG attorneys to advance legal interests, deter unlawful conduct, secure relief for Virginians, and uphold the rule of law. Retained counsel will act under the direction and supervision of the Attorney General and must obtain prior written authorization before initiating litigation, settlements, or other significant legal actions. Proposals must be submitted on the RFP responder website; submissions via EVA will be ignored.
