Waller Independent School District (WISD) is soliciting Request For Proposals (RFP 269-2026) from qualified vendors to provide Instructional and Special Education Contracted Services for all programs throughout the district. Proposals will be accepted through June 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. WISD prefers responses to be submitted online via their electronic system, but sealed proposals will also be accepted at the Administration Office. No fax or email submissions will be accepted. Vendors awarded contracts for previous related RFPs are not required to respond to this RFP. WISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and may waive minor irregularities.
