Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for certain waters of Lake Michigan near Manistee, MI to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by a drone display. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Lake Michigan, or their designated representative. The safety zone will be enforced from 10 p.m. through 11:30 p.m. on June 20, 2026. The zone covers all navigable waters within specified coordinates in Lake Michigan near Manistee, MI.
