Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that producers/exporters of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from the United Arab Emirates made sales at less than normal value during the period of review from December 1, 2023, through November 30, 2024. The review includes selected mandatory respondents Conares Metal Supply Limited and Universal entities. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review follows administrative procedures including tolling deadlines due to government shutdowns and extensions.
