Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce conducted an expedited first sunset review of the countervailing duty order on certain large vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc, and parts thereof, from the People's Republic of China. The review determined that revocation of the order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The notice includes findings on subsidy rates and instructions for importers and parties subject to administrative protective orders. The review was initiated following a notice of intent to participate by domestic interested parties and a lack of substantive response from respondent parties.
