Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is submitting an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995. This collection involves gathering biographic and biometric data from individuals who want to voluntarily depart the United States, using a mobile application called CBP Home. The information will assist DHS in facilitating the departure of aliens from the U.S. to their destination countries. The notice allows an additional 30 days for public comments following a previous 60-day comment period.
