Description

The Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA) is seeking qualified consultants to interpret on-street parking enforcement data collected through the City of Beaverton's daily parking enforcement operations. The City uses Motorola's Vigilant Mobile License Plate Recognition (MLPR) system to collect parking session information, which is the primary data source to be interpreted. The project involves establishing an API with Motorola for daily data transmittal with anonymized license plate information and providing an online web application for daily data review by BURA and City staff. The contract is expected to commence around August 3, 2026, and end on or before June 30, 2029, with possible renewals for up to two additional one-year terms. The City aims for a 15% utilization of COBID-certified firms and emphasizes data security, confidentiality, and compliance with local laws.
