Description

The Town is seeking qualified proponents to provide professional engineering services for Wellington Street from Maple Street to Catherine Street. The work is divided into two phases: Phase 1 includes review of background information, preliminary design, surveying, cost analysis, Phase One Environmental Assessment, detailed design, budget development, and preparation of construction tender documents. Phase 2 covers construction management, material testing, quality assurance and control, contract administration, and project management.
