Description

The City of West Hollywood seeks to award one or more maintenance contracts for preventative maintenance and on-call tree maintenance services for public trees at citywide locations. The contract term is an initial 3 years with three 3-year renewal options. Services include preventative maintenance, on-call services such as trimming, removal, planting, watering, emergency services, root pruning, young tree care, and tree grate installation. Contractors must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, and other related expenses. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 16, 2026, and bids are due by July 7, 2026.
