Description
ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc. requests renewal of the Meltwater easement (ADL 417187) for an additional 20 years, covering three corridors for pipeline, powerline, and road with a total acreage of approximately 133.06 acres. The project includes upgrades to sections of the gravel road by placing up to 13,500 cubic yards of clean gravel and replacing or extending eleven culverts to allow safe transportation of Willow Central Facility modules. The work is scheduled to begin July 1, 2026, and comments must be received by June 30, 2026. The project will be conducted in the Arctic Region, approximately 10 miles east of the Colville River in Alaska.
