Florida State University (FSU) is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive materials testing and inspection services for major construction projects at its Northwest Campus. - Government Buyer: - Florida State University (FSU) - Scope of Services: - Construction Materials Testing (CMT) - Special Inspection and Threshold Inspection services - Geotechnical and earthwork testing - Concrete and masonry testing - Reinforcing steel and structural steel inspections - Firestopping, roofing, and waterproofing testing - Threshold inspections as required by the Florida Building Code and project specifications - Project Locations: - FSU Northwest Campus, including Parking Garage and Housing/Dining facilities - Service Delivery: - Services to be provided on an on-call and/or continuous basis to meet construction schedules - Notable Requirements: - All testing and inspections must comply with the Florida Building Code, contract documents, and project specifications - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation

Description

This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by Florida State University seeks to establish contracts with multiple respondents to provide Construction Materials Testing (CMT), Special Inspection, and Threshold Inspection services for the FSU Northwest Campus projects, including the Parking Garage and Housing/Dining facilities. The services include geotechnical and earthwork testing, concrete and masonry testing, reinforcing steel inspections, structural steel inspections, firestopping inspections, roofing and waterproofing testing, threshold inspections, and other related testing and inspection services as required by contract documents, Florida Building Code, and project specifications. These services will be provided on an on-call and/or continuous basis to support construction activities and project schedule demands.
