Description
This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by Florida State University seeks to establish contracts with multiple respondents to provide Construction Materials Testing (CMT), Special Inspection, and Threshold Inspection services for the FSU Northwest Campus projects, including the Parking Garage and Housing/Dining facilities. The services include geotechnical and earthwork testing, concrete and masonry testing, reinforcing steel inspections, structural steel inspections, firestopping inspections, roofing and waterproofing testing, threshold inspections, and other related testing and inspection services as required by contract documents, Florida Building Code, and project specifications. These services will be provided on an on-call and/or continuous basis to support construction activities and project schedule demands.
