The Minnesota Army National Guard is seeking storage and security solutions for its Rosemount, MN facility. - Government Buyer: - Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG), W7NG USPFO ACTIVITY MN ARNG office - Products and Services Requested: - 164 double-tier bulk storage lockers - Each locker: 36"W x 36"D x 90"H, two vertically stacked compartments, lockable doors, 13-gauge or thicker steel, corrosion-resistant powder-coat finish, expanded steel mesh sides/doors - Lockers delivered FOB Destination; assembly and installation by the government - Wire mesh security caging (materials and installation) - Custom-fabricated wire mesh panels, doors, posts, and hardware (10-gauge woven wire mesh, 2x1 rectangular openings, 1.25" steel angle frames, 2" square steel tubing posts) - Turnkey installation by contractor, including post-award site verification, on-site custom fabrication/cutting to fit building obstructions, and cleanup - Installation labor is incidental to supply and not subject to Davis-Bacon or SCLS - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Mandatory post-award site visit for final measurements before fabrication - Custom on-site fabrication to accommodate building features - All work must comply with security and base access policies - Completion required within 90 days after order receipt - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified in the solicitation - Opportunity is set aside for SBA small business

Description

The Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG) has a requirement for storage lockers and wire security caging solutions in Rosemount, MN.

The complete solicitation package is issued on Standard Form (SF) 1449 in accordance with FAR RFO Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services).

Key Requirements (Hybrid Scope):

Part A (Bulk Storage Lockers): Purchase and FOB Destination delivery of double-tier lockers (Assembly and installation by the Government). Part B (Wire Mesh Security Caging): Full-turnkey fabrication and installation of distinct wire mesh caging enclosures/partitions, to include a mandatory post-award site verification visit and custom on-site fabrication/cutting around building obstructions (Assembly and installation by the Contractor).
