San Jacinto Community College District is soliciting qualification statements in a two-step solicitation process from firms to provide design-build services for the rotunda at Building C1. The selected Design-Build Firm will provide pre-construction, design development, and construction services including removal of the existing metal panel system, waterproofing, and installation of a new Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM) rain-screen system.
