Services include engineering, permitting, construction, inspection, and project management. Contractors must be pre-qualified in various FDOT classifications and provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, design, construction, and incidentals. The contract is non-exclusive and work will be awarded based on project-specific scopes and fee proposals.
