Description

The City of Walla Walla is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide engineering support for its wastewater facilities. The selected consultant will perform site visits, conduct investigations and studies, develop design packages for replacements and upgrades to portions of the wastewater process and supporting infrastructure, and provide construction support engineering during construction. Experience with motor control center replacements/upgrades, lift station upgrades, backup power generation, process optimization, and general wastewater O&M project work is desired. Multiple bid packages are anticipated to be produced from this RFQ. Responses must be submitted by July 2, 2026, at 3:00 pm local time.
