Description

The University Endowment Lands is seeking a qualified contractor to design and provide remediation to twenty-six tree-pits surrounding the University Marketplace and hardscaping along the eastern side of Western Parkway. The scope includes a rubberized permeable treatment to the public realm tree-pits adjacent to Marketplace and the addition of landscaping hardscape along Western Parkway, including street furniture. The project involves landscape architecture and design services as well as infrastructure building, surfacing, and paving services.
