Description

The City of Gaithersburg is seeking proposals to establish a Time and Materials (T&M) term contract with a qualified contractor to provide professional roof maintenance, repair, retrofit, replacement services, and waterproofing for planters, decks, plazas, canopies, patios, and other associated roof services on an as-needed basis. The contractor must supply all necessary labor, materials (unless provided by the City), tools, and equipment to perform the specified services. An optional pre-bid conference will be held at the City of Gaithersburg Department of Public Works. All questions must be submitted via email to the procurement office.
