Description
The City of Gaithersburg Department of Public Works Environmental Services Division intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, indefinite-quantity, unit-price contract with one qualified contractor to service, inspect, maintain, and repair City-maintained stormwater management infrastructure throughout the City. The contractor must have experience with Federal, State, and local municipality laws and environmental codes, and provide qualified personnel trained in stormwater management infrastructure service, inspection, maintenance, repair, erosion and sediment control, illicit discharge detection and elimination procedures, and be familiar with the City's sediment, wastewater, and solid waste disposal requirements. The contractor must provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to perform this work.
