NNSY - Norfolk Naval Shipyard intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price solicitation to procure the material that is referenced below. All items shall be new. No refurbished or used items will be accepted. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses.

This is a notice of intent to award a firm fixed price, on a sole source bases to Allied High Tech Products under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
