Description
The City of Goodyear is seeking qualified Job Order Contractors to provide general building services including construction, repairs, tenant improvements, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, roofing, flooring, painting, and other related improvements on City-owned properties. The contract will have an initial term of three years with two one-year extensions and will be executed through individual Job Orders negotiated as not-to-exceed Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMP). Each Job Order shall not exceed $5,000,000 with an annual limit of $15,000,000. The procurement includes supporting documentation and a presubmittal presentation for prospective bidders.
