Description
The City University of New York, on behalf of the College of Staten Island, is soliciting comprehensive locksmithing services for incidental maintenance, repairs, and emergency repairs as specified in the project documents. Services include duplicating keys, maintaining and installing mortise locksets, opening locked desks and file cabinets, altering lockset functions, replacing lever handles, maintaining cores and padlocks for security, coordinating new construction projects related to keying and codes, and repairing door panic devices and door closers. The contract term is one year with two additional one-year renewal options, contingent on approvals and funding. All work is subject to prevailing wage requirements under the Building Carpenter title for Richmond County.
