OMH de Montréal (OMHM) is seeking contractors for a comprehensive refurbishment project at the Louis-Hébert residences in Montréal: - Project scope includes: - Partial refurbishment of the building envelope, including masonry repairs below rear façade windows and replacement of concrete window sills - Masonry repointing and caulking around all doors and windows - Replacement of three rear and three front balcony doors - Complete replacement of the rear metal staircase and walkways - Reconstruction and code compliance upgrades for storage sheds on rear walkways - Installation of a new rear metal fence - Targeted foundation wall corrections - Complete refurbishment of the rear courtyard, including removal of parking spaces - Replacement of balcony decking and railings - Replacement of the main entrance door and refurbishment of the canopy - Refurbishment of the main access sidewalk and paving slabs in the front yard - Landscaping improvements throughout the property - Work will be performed in an occupied, three-story, eight-unit residential building constructed in the 1970s (wood structure, brick envelope) - Maximum contract duration is 200 working days (approximately 10 months) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - All work must be completed while the building remains occupied, requiring careful planning and execution

L’OMHM procède à une procédure ouverte publique pour la réfection partielle de l’enveloppe, le remplacement de tous les balcons et des travaux d’aménagement paysager aux habitations Louis-Hébert situées au 6510, rue Cartier dans l’arrondissement Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie. Le projet inclut la réfection partielle de la maçonnerie, remplacement des allèges en béton, rejointoiement, remplacement de portes de balcon, calfeutrage, remplacement d'escalier métallique, reconstruction des remises, installation d'une nouvelle clôture, corrections aux murs de fondation, réfection de la cour arrière, remplacement des pontages et garde-corps, réfection de la marquise, trottoir, dalles de propretés et aménagement paysager. Les travaux seront réalisés dans un bâtiment des années 1970 avec trois étages et huit logements occupés durant les travaux. La durée maximale est de 200 jours ouvrables à partir de la date de début confirmée.
