Description

The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) is seeking to procure a commercial state of the art, proven in military operations, platform-agnostic mission autonomy stack framework for integration into UAS and air-launched effects surrogate platforms. The system will support research, experimentation, and concept development. The supplier will provide the mission autonomy stack, human interfaces, and system integration into two ALE surrogates: an NRC-provided quadcopter and an experimental C150 optionally piloted vehicle. The procurement method is competitive open bidding with a contract duration of one month starting July 8, 2026.
