Description
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires two Organizational Design and Classification Consultants at the senior level (EX and non-EX) to provide advice and services in organizational design, classification, and job description writing. The services must comply with ESDC and Treasury Board Secretariat policies, directives, practices, and tools. The contract will be awarded on an as-and-when-requested basis for one year with two additional one-year irrevocable option periods. The contract duration is 7 months starting from September 1, 2026, with an estimated effort of 100 days. The procurement is subject to the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement and conditionally set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business if two or more bids from Indigenous businesses are received.
