Description

This Pre-Qualification Request (PQR) aims to identify and pre-qualify vendors experienced in providing comprehensive event management and planning services. The services cover organizing and delivering various group events such as meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, conferences, marketplaces, and partner events. Qualified vendors may be placed on a prequalified list and required to enter into a Master Services Agreement for a term of 3 years, with an option to renew for an additional 3 years. There is no guaranteed volume of work, and contracts may be terminated with 30 days' notice. The estimated contract period is 36 months, starting from August 7, 2026.
