This opportunity seeks a contractor to provide daily boxed noon meals for Armed Forces applicants at the Pittsburgh Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM), Pittsburgh MEPS - Products/Services Requested: - Daily boxed noon meals (submarine sandwiches: ham, turkey, roast beef, veggie) - Each meal includes: 6-inch white submarine bun, 4 oz. meat or cheese, lettuce, tomato, chips, cookie, apple, straw, napkin, and beverage - Estimated 14 of each meal type per day, for approximately 264 days annually (including up to 28 Saturdays and additional mission days) - Employee training services for contractor staff (AT Level I Awareness, IWATCH Program, OPSEC Level I Awareness) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Meals must be delivered by 10:30 a.m. daily to the William S. Moorhead Federal Building - Contractor must comply with all food safety regulations - Contractor employees accessing the facility must complete specific training within 30 days of contract award and annually thereafter - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; open to qualified food service providers - No OEMs or branded products are referenced; the solicitation is open to any qualified food service provider able to meet the requirements

Description

The contractor shall provide boxed noon meals (sub sandwhiches) to applicants processing through the Pittsburgh Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) located in Pittsburgh, PA in accordance with the Product and Delivery Specifications (PDS) attached herein.
