Description

Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Animal Services, and Health Department, invites bids for the collection and disposal of medical bio-hazard waste, sharps waste, and animal carcasses by incineration in compliance with OSHA regulations. The contractor must have all necessary licenses and comply with all applicable laws and environmental best practices. Disposal must be done through an OSHA approved incineration facility, and a Certificate of Disposal must be provided for each pick-up. Regularly scheduled pick-ups will be based on the attached schedule, and fees for overweight containers are not allowable.
