1. Description of Requirement The Department of War (DoW) is issuing this synopsis to announce its future intent to procure a commercial general-purpose excavator. The intended equipment will support engineering, earthmoving, and base operation tasks.
While specific technical requirements are currently being finalized, the Government anticipates requiring an excavator that meets standard commercial specifications.
