The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management is seeking to procure OEM-approved actuators, valves, compressor system parts, and related repair services for its water reclamation facilities. - Government Buyer: - City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management (DWM) - OEMs and Vendors: - EIM - EL-O-MATIC - Red Valve - Beck - Limitorque - Rotork - Pratt - DeZurik - Products/Services Requested: - OEM or manufacturer-certified actuators and actuator valves (EIM, EL-O-MATIC, Red Valve, Beck, Limitorque, Rotork, Pratt, DeZurik) - Compressor system parts - On-site diagnostics, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and system rebuilds - Parts supply and replacement services - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be OEMs, authorized distributors, or certified service providers for air compressor systems - Minimum three years of experience with similar industrial compressor equipment - Ability to supply at least 90% of required parts within 24 hours (remaining within 72 hours) - Qualified, licensed technicians required - All parts must be OEM or manufacturer-certified - Warranty coverage for parts and services is mandatory - Compliance with OSHA and all relevant regulations - Annual reporting of purchases required - Insurance and bonding requirements apply - The City reserves the right to adjust quantities as needed

Description

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Watershed Management (DWM), is initiating a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process to select qualified contractors for OEM-approved compressor systems parts, services, and repairs. The procurement covers actuators, valves, parts, and repair services critical to water reclamation facilities. Vendors must be OEM, authorized distributors, or certified service providers with at least three years of relevant experience and the ability to supply most parts within 24 hours. Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, is required, along with the capability to perform diagnostics, maintenance, emergency repairs, and system rebuilds.
