The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, under the U.S. Department of State, is seeking firm fixed price offers for the supply of two brand new SUVs. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy New Delhi - OEMs and Vendors: - Acceptable makes specified: BMW, Toyota, or equivalent - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) brand new SUVs, Right Hand Drive (RHD), EURO/BSVI compliant - Automatic transmission, petrol engine, 6 cylinders, 2950-3050 CC - Seating for driver plus 5 passengers (total 6) - Black metallic color, hydraulic brakes with ABS - Front and rear cameras, parking sensors, and other detailed features - Clear, transferable title at delivery - Delivery CIF to Inland Container Depot Tughlakabad, New Delhi - Embassy will handle customs clearance and final delivery - Goods and Services Tax (GST) to be priced separately for local suppliers - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Warranty and after-sales service network in New Delhi is mandatory - Compliance with Indian import documentation - Offerors must specify warranty terms and repair parts availability - Delivery required within 90 days of contract award - Price must be held firm for 90 days from offer receipt
