The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking janitorial services for a network of FAA and National Weather Service facilities across Northern and Southern Alaska. - Government Buyer: - Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Transportation - Managed by AAQ-500 Regional Acquisitions, Des Moines, WA - Scope of Services: - Comprehensive janitorial services for 20+ federal facilities, including Flight Service Stations, Weather Observation Stations, System Support Centers, and Rotational/Temporary Housing - Services include routine and deep cleaning: waste removal, furniture and floor maintenance, carpet shampooing, window/glass cleaning, restroom and kitchen sanitation, linen changing, and laundry - Contractor must provide all cleaning supplies and equipment - Adherence to FAA security, safety, and conduct requirements is mandatory - Coordination with FAA Contracting Officer Representatives for scheduling - Locations: - Facilities in Barrow, Bettles, Delta Junction (Fort Greely), McGrath, Nome, Northway, Tanana, Palmer, Sitka, Talkeetna, Ketchikan, Cordova, Dutch Harbor, Saint George, and Homer, Alaska - All locations are federal facilities, primarily at airports or FAA housing - Contract Structure & Requirements: - Firm-fixed price contract with a base year and four one-year option periods (total potential duration: five years) - Small business set-aside under NAICS 561720 (Janitorial Services) - Active SAM registration required; compliance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) procedures (not FAR) - No specific OEMs or product part numbers; this is a service-only procurement - Detailed scopes of work and wage determinations provided in attachments

Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) for Janitorial Services at multiple locations in Northern and Southern regions of Alaska, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). There are multiple SOWs. See attachments under Section J of this RFO.

Procurement for this requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS Code 561720 Janitorial. Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract, Base Year Plus 4 Option Years.
