Configuration: 8-chamber basket, PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) & PFA (perfluoro alkoxy alkane), 1/4" thick coating. Support: 316 stainless steel support, 1/4" thick. Chamber ID: 6" x 7" internal diameter chambers. Overall Dimensions: 24" length x 15" width x 24.5" height Chemical Compatibility: Must be compatible with: Aqueous alkaline cleaners: Cee-Bee 300LF and Cee-Bee 7x7 Highly alkaline cleaner: Cee-Bee J84-AL All listed liquids at temperatures up to 170 F Coating Performance: Coating shall exhibit excellent chemical resistance to prevent degradation, warping under normal use or contamination of the cleaning solutions. Weld Quality: All welds shall be smooth, free of sharp edges or protrusions to prevent damage to the Plastic coating or fan blades. Handles: none Drainage: Basket design shall allow efficient drainage of cleaning solutions after immersion. Drawing Submission: Contractors must provide a detailed drawing for approval
