The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to replace the failing chiller system at Grand Teton National Park Headquarters in Moose, Wyoming. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office - Grand Teton National Park Headquarters - OEMs and Vendors: - ClimaCool (specified as the existing and preferred heat pump/chiller OEM) - Long Building Technologies (existing automation system integration requirement) - Products/Services Requested: - Three ClimaCool heat pump modules (model UCH070AHASAHB0S or approved equivalent) - 70-ton capacity each - Must use updated refrigerant (not R410A) - Must integrate with Long Building Technologies automation system - Demolition and disposal of existing heat pump/chiller units (including refrigerant, glycol, piping, wiring per EPA requirements) - Installation of new heat pump modules (including piping, electrical, controls updates, commissioning, and performance adjustments) - Lump sum, firm-fixed price for all work including plumbing, heating, and waste disposal equipment - Unique/Notable Requirements: - New units must match or exceed the existing 70-ton capacity - Controls and software updates must be compatible with the current building automation system - Prior experience with similar heat pump replacement projects required - Lead times, milestones, and product specifications must be provided - Work must be completed before the heating season begins - Place of Performance: - Grand Teton National Park Headquarters, 103 Headquarters Loop Rd, Moose, Wyoming
