This notice is NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. The contract has been awarded. Offers are no longer being accepted. 

An informal request for quotes (RFQ) was sent to known fuel vendors in the region on May 29, 2026 requesting pricing to supply 15,000 gal of #2 Diesel (dyed) for Off-Road Use, delivered to USACE Crane Barge 3129 at the JF Brennan Docks, 816 Bainbridge St, La Crosse, WI 54603 on June 4, 2026. Fuel will be pumped onboard a floating barge capable of holding 19,000 gal of fuel. The transport trucks are responsible for all truck activities, and must have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. 

Multiple offers were received. Award was made to the lowest fully responsive offeror.
