Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada (OSFI), is soliciting offers for professional webcast production services. These services support virtual, hybrid, and in-person events for internal and external audiences and may include webcast planning and coordination, registration and login support, technical testing, live streaming, audio/video production, simultaneous interpretation support, accessibility services including CART/live captioning and sign language integration, post-event recordings, reporting, and final webcast deliverables. The contractor will provide personnel, platforms, equipment, and technical resources in English and French. The contract duration is estimated at 9 months starting from July 1, 2026, with a task authorization type contract until March 31, 2027, and up to four additional one-year options.
